if you dont see it on ebay then you'll pay to much from dealers if they can even get it.
you'll likely need the touch screen an the lcd both as they are usually lightly glued on the edges together
to find out take it apart an see.

do a search on ebay for Alcatel A564C lcd screen
i see the touch an lcd for around 10 each giver or take

First, get an SD card, up to 32gb, put all your pictures and music on it. Set it as the default save location for your camera. Uninstall any unused apps. Then get Clean Master or CCleaner and run to clean up any residual junk old apps have left behind.
