If you go to the HP/Compaq web site, you can find the specific drivers you need. I did a search for you and there are over 300 products with the name Presario c700, so you will need your SKU number or both the specific product name and number. go here and search for your product: http://www.hp.com/#Support

Be sure to follow the instructions on installing the drivers. Hope this helps.
