The first thing you should do if it don't start is unplug everything (memory, cards - the lot) from the mobo apart from the power supply and turn it on.
if you get nothing, it's either the power supply or the mobo. check the power supply actually works, if not that then it's mobo.
if you get beeps, plug things in one at a time, when you arrive at the condition you started with, that's the bit that's wrong.

When go to power computer it wot turn on

Power supplies don't normally fail so soon but check your AC outlet with another device (light or similar) to make sure it isn't a tripped breaker or blown fuse in your home.
Since most everything we own is built as cheap as possible, infant mortality is surely possible.
Hope your warranty is still in effect.

I put new in power supply and went power on my computer and it would not turn on

If the computer was working before you changed the power supply then likely you have not connected all the header wires properly. Check your wiring again. If you replaced the power supply because the computer was not working, then you may have an issue other than power supply, such as a bad motherboard.

I put new power supply and button to turn and wot turn on

Do the fans come on. ? on the power supply. Do you know if power comes out of the power point. Can you plug in a lamp into the power point and get power out of the power point and light up a power point. Do you have a VOLT METER you could test the
DC leads coming out of the power supply .
There may be a power lead that powers the CPU fan have you connected this to the cpu cooling fan connection point on the motherboard .

My hp pavilion slimline won't turn on after put new power supply in

why new PSU,? if PC dead before say so we fix that. ask.
slimlines use a custom HP PSU, not standard ATX.
the PSU on these also have HP custom fan controls from PC mobo
to the PSU, and will fail using any generic ATX psu.
IT NEEDS TO BE HP ONLY PSU, correct HP P/N#
NO PSU LABEL POSTED BY YOU
NOR THE SOURCE, NOR IF A USED PSU.
and both DC power wires, 24 and 4 pin must be connected or the CPU will be dead. 2 key power cords one goes near CPU,see?
some PSU have 120./240ac switch on the rear, and must not ever be set wrong, and is frankly step #1 OOBE. it..

How do i change a power supply for hp slimline ?

There are three or four screws at the back of the system at the left side (as you face the back), remove them. Remove the top of the case. Disconnect the power cables from the power supply to the main circuit board (there may be two, but often just one 20 to 24 pin one, the second cable being 4 pin square for the CPU). Disconnect the power to the optical drive and to the hard drive. Slide the power supply toward the front of the system about 1/2 inch and pull up. Note, on some models the clearance is nearly none to none and you may need to remove the screws on the mainboard to slide the mainboard about 1/2 inch toward the right (as viewed facing the back of the system). To put the new power supply back, reverse the process.

How to replace power supply on hp pavilion slimline s3200 pc

I have included a link directly to the upgrade and service manual for your PC. The directions for removing and replacing the power supply are not included. However, there are directions for removing the cover and identifying several parts.

I have replace many power supplies and it does take some attention to detail. I would suggest that you either diagram or put markers on all the cords you unplug from the origian power supply. Generally, the power supply is easy to find and is secured with screws that can be seen on the outside of the case. The power supply will plug into the system board, sometimes in two different places. The power supply also plugs into the hard drive, CD drive, floppy drive (if you have one).
You must be certain that you obtain the correct power supply that is the same as the old one you are replacing.

If you are observant, document carefully and go slow, you should be successful in replacing your power supply.

Here is the link to the manual. It has diagrams and images so you can see what is being described.

I hope that this is helpful.

I HAVE A HP PAVILION SLIMLINE (S5310F) AND WANT TO PUT IN A VIDRO CARD, SO I NEED A LARGER POWER SUPPLY. HOW DOO I DO THAT?

Replacing the Power Supply DEPENDING on the power needed? you might have to settle for a slower, weaker performing video card. Make sure you check the video card power supply specs needed.
Chances are you will max WATT at about 300WATTs less then what you'd need to power a gaming video card. OR you could do as I'd do.
Remove everything and place it all in a standard tower case - install a 650WATT power supply in to the new mid/full size case and BAM solution found.. Have fun and a great day to ya.
