Hi my bb 9530 browser not connect inter net
I have had the same problem at times. These are the steps I have tried:
-go to Manage connections and disconnect all. then reconnect all.
Or
-Pull the battery, wait 1 minute, then replace
or
-contact Verizon Wireless on another phone than the storm. They will send a code back to the phone which usally clears the problem if the above 2 options dont work.
