You will have to change from a blackberry to a smart phone.

A classic case of BB software that is corrupted. This sometimes happens due to viruses that were hiding inside a picture or song or video file. You need to have the blackberry "FLASHED" and reinstall the 9720 - OS Ver 7.1.0.1046. WARNING..this is not a DIY job. I do this for a living, but I am based in South Africa. Take the handset to a Cellphone Technician in your area. It is generally not expensive to reinstall the OS (operting system) then be sure to download and install a good free blackberry antivirus program from the Blackberry App World on your phone. Are your referring to reset username and password for blackberry account. If yes, please refer steps below to reset the password

1. Visit http://global.blackberry.com/en/bbid.html and complete the instructions on the screen.
2. You are prompted to sign in with your BlackBerry ID, click Forgot Password. Answer your security question and complete the instructions on the screen.

Once you have completed the steps above, you will receive a password reset email. If you complete the steps to reset your password on a computer, the password reset email can only be viewed on a computer and isn't delivered to your device. If you follow the steps to reset your password on your device, the password reset email will be delivered to your device. Complete the instructions in the email to reset your BlackBerry ID password.

Note: You cannot reset the User ID, if in case you need to change your user id you need to create new BBM account.

1 - Switch ON your Blackberry 9720 with your current network/service provider's SIM card.
2 - Using the menu go to Settings Menu -> SIM card and press select.
3 - While holding the SHIFT key, type mepd.(NOTE: You may not see any text appear on the screen while typing mepd)
4 - You should now see the five locking categories listed.
5 - While holding the SHIFT KEY, type mep2.(NOTE: You may not see any text appear on the screen while typing mep2).
6 - Release the shift key.
7 - You will now be prompted to enter the Network MEP code. (it will also state how many attempts left)
8 - Enter the Unlock Code.
9 - Enter Return/Enter.
10 - The Blackberry 9720 should then be unlocked.

Go to the website and do a password reset. Your security question will appear. Answer it and get your password.

If you can't remb the answer, go to your inbox and look for the email you got when you signed up for bb world. There is a link to delete the account but retain the user id which is your email. Once you have deleted the account. Create a new one using the existing email.

On the home screen. select the icon named SETUP. Select email account and enter email details. For this you must have had created an email address already. With the blackberry account, you will have to contact customer service to reset it. If they can't do it, you'll have to create a new account. I used to sell the blackberries, but it has been a while. It used to you would have to contact customer service to send you a reset link, or reset it for you, but they may have changed it not so long ago, where you can only create a new account if you forgot your password.

go to microsoft xbox live account and say forgot password and acount and they will ask you for yoru secrit question and answer and then email you your account and password information, this is what i did to recover my sons, i went to xbox live windows live account, and with his gamer tag i was able to recover account, just tell microsoft your troubles and they will recover it, im sure that will help u,
