Is it possible that your Facebook apps are not up to date? Go to the app store and then click on your updates and be sure to update the messenger app if it is not up to date. Alternatively, you can go to facebook.com on your safari browser and message from there.

I configured the email app using my own server for incoming mail (pop), .... I canconnect to the Internet and receive mail, but I cannot send mail. Why can't I send outgoing messages on my email account?

Go to the saved message then highlight it and choose the delete option.

Open the message you have received
press and hold on the message - and select "copy"
Open a new message and select the new recipients.
In the message box, press and hold then select "paste" then send the message

If you are using a cellular iPad mini and you are using WiFi turn off WiFi and your mobile network will allow you to send pictures its classed as sending an MMS message if it still won't work you need to get the MMS settings from your network (Vodafone, o2 etc) or if you have a WiFi only iPad then you can't use Imessage to send pictures as it won't work over WiFi but messaging will

before you send the mail.
select all and select copy .then it will copy to clipbord or what ever.
after you sending it will faills ,just go to new email and select paste .

Try "Firefox" Mobile, sounds like browser/sync issues.
