Layers of the Ocean Scientists have divided the ocean into five main layers. These layers, known as "zones", extend from the surface to the most extreme depths where light can no longer penetrate. These deep zones are where some of the most bizarre and fascinating creatures in the sea can be found. As we dive deeper into these largely unexplored places, the temperature drops and the pressure increases at an astounding rate. The following diagram lists each of these zones in order of depth

My Emerson clock buzzer goes off at midnight every night How do I stop this from going off every night. I set the alarms to play music How do I stop the buzzer from going off at Midnight

If anyone has an idea I would value the input. Thanks
You can try resetting your clock's settings every night and ensuring that you set the time one minute before midnight. This should prevent the buzzer from going off at midnight. If that doesn't work, try unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging it back in to reset the clock. You could also try using a dedicated outlet for your clock, so nothing else is accidentally interfering with its timer setting. Finally, you could try replacing your current clock with a new one if none of these solutions work.

Advent 5431 date keeps changing back to 2008

IS your TimeZone is Correct?
Right click on your clock, choose Adjust Date/Time.
Click Time Zone Tab. Make sure your Time zone is correctly set.

Boot into the BIOS (setup) screens and check the date and time there. If the date is off by years then that verifies you need a new CMOS battery. Do not confuse the CMOS battery with the large external battery you run the computer with.

I have 4 zones can run them manually; but they will not come on the automatic setting. Springs are strong; timer itself keeps accurate time. I did read inside the box about a "Silver Pin"...

If zones are not advancing, then 1) Clock motor is not rotating dial > replace clock motor, 2) on-off trippers are worn down > replace trippers, 3) or the day skipper is set to skip all days and all skipper pins are pushed down, 4) or sprinkler valve is bad.

The sprinkler timer dial rotates each 24 hours. The trippers cause sprinkler head to turn on zone 1 for example. Zone 1 waters until the dial rotates to part of dial with no tripper. Without a tripper on the dial, the timer turns off circuit to sprinkler. At this point, the sprinkler valve mechanically advances to zone 2 and waits for timer to turn off again. The timer does not advance sprinkler to next zone > the sprinkler valve is designed to advance each time circuit turns off. The timer just turns on and off. When next tripper rotates around, the timer turn on the circuit and zone 2 begins to water.

The silver pin inserted at 12midnight position is for advancing the day skipper wheel.

Model 8806P101C - Purchased at HomeDepot 5-1-11- and installed same day. I water on Wednesday and Saturday and have 4 zones of watering. On those days I water all four zones for 36 minutes each starting...

Let me ask a question.
Is the time of day arrow pointing at the time of day right now?
If not, you can reset the time wheel by I think pulling it away from the body and rotating it.
If so, can you simply adjust the timer so that when it goes to the next day (10pm) it is really midnight and change any start times accordingly.
Do you need the 12 minutes between zones?
