If the tablet you are willing to register is an android tablet then in order to register it, you need a Google account ( like [email protected]) so that you can activate it in your tablet. If you are using any other email account then you need to add that email account later once you add your Google account. other email accounts can only be used to access the emails. To create a Google account please visit www.gmail.com and signup for a new account. Once you get new Google account try to register your tablet of phone by selecting the option of existing user. You can also create a new Google account by selecting new user from the registration page in your table or phone. DOnt worry later on you can go to account settings and add your current email in order to access your emails from the device.
Are you pushing on the correct app there are two email apps one reads gmail and the other has a @ mark maybe you need to check which one you put your address under. Hope that helps.
Make yourself a gmail account by going to Gmail.com pick name and password. Enter into the tablet.. The tablet that you have, runs off Google android system and you have to have google email. it's how they track you.. It is free.. just make yourself a google account.

you have to have an 'exchange' account that has contacts for this feature to work, if you use gmail/google, it has this services, you can tie in your gmail contacts with the exchange email account you set up on the tablet.
The only way this can happen is if you mean you used your own Gmail for Google Play on the Meep. The parent account will not send email to the tablet, but we have seen this happen through Google Play. This is why we suggest you create a new Gmail for the Meep. You can change the email you use right in Google Play.
