I cant hear any sound on my phone. only time i hear sound is when i get a call i hear the ringtont. but when i answer i can't hear anything. or even when i go to my sounds or ringtones and press play it doesnt work i cant hear anything.

HiCan you play songs ? If you can play songs then your earpiece is damage or short circuit and at the same time even if you play songs there is no sound then the problem comes from the Sound IC or its related components.So, if you can listen music just change the earpiece(the smaller speaker which is facing front side).Good luck

sounds like you need drivers updating. go to samsung website and update J700. should be ok.

In order to check your mobiles capability to modulate sound just put your headphone. If you are able to hear the speech through headphone then the problem is with your speaker. If unable to get the speech the problem is with main pcb itself and to repair that you will have to go to service center it will be costly but if you are able to hear through headphone then it will be cheap.

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

have you checked to make shure all mute is turned off. go to menu then select settings go to sound settings turn mute off

Problem is speakers are out of connection from the board.
Need to open cell and connect properly to the board.

ur phone is having a prob with hardware.. there is prob with ic.. just go to the nearest service centre and they should fix ur prob..

this usually occurs due to moisture or sweat that has created this prob

when you say no sound, that is very vague.. No sound when it rings, no dial tone, what do you mean when you say no sound.

dear replace the speaker of ur phone in k300 the speaker and ringer are the same if u not have new speaker then short both point of the speaker to gather will be ok.
