How do I operate the keypad to retrieve my voicemails

If during the process of the call, you need to key in some numbers, which might be why you are contemplating returning to the key pad, while the call is still in process, just key in the number. The same goes for voicemail. If you are asked to enter a certain number while litening to your voicemail box, just key in the number and you would get the required prompt.

go to option and find out operations

Press 'phonebook' then press the return key and then press keypad button.
You can now access the keypad to press "1"

Sounds like your screen lock is on go to voicemail when ringing hold in your lock key then keypad symbol should be there just press it and your keypad will appear hope this works please give thumbs up if it helps you thanks

What service provider? With T-Mobile you simply hold the #1 key for a couple seconds and it takes you to your voicemail. Check with your cellular company.

the simplest way out wud be visiting ur network operator's outlet or call the customer care, as the voicemail number varies from country to country as well as from network operators too.

go into your settings and set it to a longer locking setting.

The handset is and you cant retrieve the voicemail.

1. From the stand by screen, press the Menu key.
   
   
2. Scroll to and select Messages.
   
   
3. Scroll to "Voicemail" and press the Menu key.
   
   
4. Scroll to and select Voicemail setup.
   
   
5. Select Voicemail No.
   
   
6. View or edit the Mailbox Retrieval number, then select OK.
   Note: If the Voice Mail Retrieval number is unknown, contact Customer Care for the users local number or to have programming sent to the device.
