How do I get past the issues I'm having since trying to turn on my Moto G 1st generation protection on??? Can't get online now. HELP PLEASE!! :(

While trying to set up this protection...I get to #2 and when trying to add my Gmail address a pop up says: "The phone radio is unable to connect to the network. Make sure the radio is on or if it is on, move into a better coverage area and try again." ?????? I have great internet connection and had no issues until trying to turn this protection on. PLEASE HELP!!!!! :( Protect your device - enable advanced device management features To manage your device from this website, please do the following on your device: 1. How xo i fix my moto g 3rd generation? My battery died and i tried to charge it but it wont cgarge or light up saying its charging at 0%.How do i fix it?

Hi Crystal,

This is our recommendation as well.
  1. Plug it into the charger
  2. Hold the VOL DOWN key
  3. While still holding the VOL DOWN key, press and hold the POWER key
  4. Hold both keys down for over 120 seconds. This is more than two minutes and will seem like a long time. You might want to time yourself to make sure you hold it longer than two minutes.
  5. After holding the keys down for more than two minutes, release them.
  6. The Flash Boot screen will display, and the Normal Reboot option will be highlighted
  7. Press the VOL UP key and the device will start a normal reboot.
  8. We're working to eliminate this issue in a future update.

UPDATE: If you have tried the above and it didn't work, try this:
    • Plug in the phone for 15 minutes.
    • Proceed to Step 2 above.

Ho do I add memory to motorola moto g exp

Eric-

The device doesn't have expandable memory unless you have the 2nd Generation or 4G version. The 1st Generation Moto G is not expandable.

I'm getting this error code ( 0xeb020b88) when I'm trying to copy a cd. when i insert data disc in the driver it shows disc is empty........

This is often caused by a 1st generation DVD-rom. If the drive is a standard DVD-rom and not a cd burner then i would recommend replacing the drive with something more updated and it will usually take care of the issue. other wise is it possable that the cd that you are trying to copy has copy protection on it? if so that could be causing issues.
