When I try to send and recieve e-mails it says an error hs occured

Please check your anti-virus. Some anti-virus see e-mails with attachements as virus. If that doesnt work try sending the e-mail using another browser.
I hope this solution has been helpful.

Not sending emails

Hey,
There an be n number of reasons for not able to send emails through Outlook:
1. Your outllok is not connected to the exchage server.
2. Your mailbox size has been exceeded.
3. Your mails are stucking in the Outbox due to huge mailbox size.
4. Mail size restraction by the Exchage admin.

If you can mention the exact error message you get while sending the emails , that would help in resolving the problem.

Hope this will help you in Resolving the Outlook issue.

Outlook Express Send Mail Error

I've had the same problem, and my way to fix it was to turn of the firewall and check if it worked, and it did.
When I was sure that the firewall was my problem, I gave accsess to Outlook Express manually through my firewall.
I can probably help you with that to, but then I have to know what firewall/anti virus program you use (if you got one at all?)
