You G900 comes with a software CD, DVD or a mini disc. Insert it in the computer CD/DVD drive and install the software. If you cannot find the disc in the packing then you must download this software from the sony erricson website. http://www.sonyericsson.com

hey mj, the thing u r talking only mean one thing, your on-off switch is broken!! that's it.. go to technician and ask them to repair the on-off switch, if they tell you other thing is broken, don't believe them, all you have to change is the on-off switch (which cost only a little). If they asked you how you know that only your on-off switch get broken, answer them you got a cousin who's a technician, but he's going out overseas for the moment, so he asked you to fix it to nearest technician. I suppose, it won't cost you more than 10-20usd. gud luck ^^
