Stopped working. When I plug it in I get no power. Checked outlet and it is good.

No lights, no nothing.

It's possible the wire in bad or broken inside the unit. I would replace it.

I don't know where you live but in the UK we have plugs fitted with fuses. If you do then replace the fuse with one of the same rating. Otherwise replace the power cord.

I have a Paykel & Fischer washer, Model GWL10U2. It just stopped, leaving some water in the tub (1/2 load of laundry). Tried to re-start, nothing. Checked the outlet, unplugged it, plugged it back in,...

You need to understand that we can't see what you can. When you say it stopped, does that mean there is still power on & lights showing but it won't start or is there no power at all. Big difference in the way each will be fixed. If no power lights at all then you will need to call a service company as the main control board will have died.

I have an admiral electric dryer. It stopped in the middle of a cycle and the light is out and it won't turn on. I checked the fuse box, the plug and the belt is still on, so what do I do now?

Did you test the power outlet with another device...Sometimes a power outlet will fail under the load of a high current appliance like a drier...If the drier runs on 220 volt current...and have circuit breakers instead of fuses...make sure the 220 volt breaker for the dryer is not tripped...If it is tripped...reset it....if not...have a tech to check the outlet. oncee it is established that the drier is getting power and still not working...you may want to get it checked out by service personnel....Hope this was helpful....PEACE.....

Whirlpool side by side just stopped working,

The only logical conclusion to this is that the fuse is blown in the plug or on the fuse board. Even if the motor expired the light would still work. Have you checked the plug/fuse and board or even tried plugging the appliance into a different outlet?
