Cannot establish blue tooth connection to ipad

try to turn on BT on iPad while Logitech is blinking (which means it in pairing mode and can be discovered). If that doesn't help I'd suggest to remove batteries from Logitech for 3-5 minutes then put them back.

How can i get my pad to show home page

http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/how-to-reset-ipad-settings.html How to Reset iPad Settings Life may not have a reset feature, but iPads do. If, for some reason, you want to return your iPad to its default settings, you can reset them. The last item under iPad's General settings is Reset. When you click it, you get options for resetting the following:
  • Reset All Settings: Every one of the preferences and settings are reset, though information you've added to apps like Calendar and Contacts doesn't change at all.
  • Erase All Content and Settings: This one both resets your settings and erases information you've added to apps like Calendar and Contacts. This is useful if you plan to sell your iPad.
  • Reset Network Settings: By choosing this, any networks you've set up are removed. iPad will also turn off Wi-Fi, and then turn it on again, which disconnects you from any network you're connected to. Note that the Ask to Join Networks setting stays on.
  • Reset Keyboard Dictionary: When you turn down iPad suggestions of words as you type, you can add words to the keyboard dictionary. You do this by tapping a suggested word, which rejects it but adds the current spelling of the word to the dictionary. If you don't want to keep all those added words, use this reset option.
  • Reset Home Screen Layout: If you want to get back to the original home screen you saw when you took iPad out of its box, choose this reset option.
  • Reset Location Warnings: When you use an app like Maps that checks your location, it asks you if it's okay to do that. When you tap OK to let it proceed two times, it stops asking. If you want it to start asking again, tap this reset option.

Why does my ipad not pick up my emails since BT altered its format?

On any iOS device you can receive mails, if you did setup the account correct. If anything has changed in the account, like from POP to SMTP or if something changed in the account name, or you changed the password, you have to change the settings to.
I think the easiest way is to go to settings, email and change the part BT changed. (what you call format, could be from POP to SMTP)
Or if you have everything about the settings on paper, just delete the BT account and set up a new BT account with the new settings.

I can't turn on location services on Ipad 1 - any suggestions?

You have not mentioned whether it is not working at your home or on other networks as well, some forums say that some ISPs do not offer this service (but I have my doubts, about this).

What I would try is go to "reset network settings" on your ipad. So go to "Settings", "General", "Reset", then "Reset Network Settings". After you do this, you will need to re-enter your wireless network's password. Hope this helps

Ipad black screen

hold top and home button for 10 seconds
If you've reset it and it's still this "black" screen, then something's wrong. If you can't get it serviced where you live then you're going to have to mail it to someone who can get it serviced or ask Apple where you can send it to for service. You're going to need proof of purchase to get it serviced under warranty, though.
