!st if you don't use FB then go through and delete the FB app most phones have in the program files, then delete all your internet cookies, history and cache, shut phone off then start back up. You should be good to go, then stay away from FB because if you go back there then you'll get the messages again.
open conversation you want to delete a message from
From the Actions tab at the top of the conversation, select Delete Messages...
Check the individual messages you'd like to delete and click Delete Selected at the bottom of the page, or click Delete All to delete the whole conversation
