Get a dryer vent kit. Remove straight vent tube, knock out access on left side. Install new kit. Generally you need to take dryer apert to install but on some can be done thru vent holes in unit.

you would need to use a stiff vent. anything will really kinda work for it. i even believe lg has a kit you can buy if you just call them to hook up for it
From underneath the machine you can install a side venting kit. It can be vented to either side on electric models. Part number is 3911EZ913X. You can order parts by calling LG at 888-393-6484. Hope this helps.
Sounds like you have a motor going out. If you take it back apart see how hard the motor is to turn by hand. Also look for lint in the motor by the start switch.
