Chainsaw wont stay running

Choke the saw and it cranks fine. It runs about 20-30 seconds and then dies out. If I pull the choke about half way it will run longer but when I squeeze the throttle it dies. I have rebuilt the carb., replaced the fuel line, replaced spark plug, set gap on coil, made sure that the pin had not sheered om the flywheel and still nothing seems to fix my problem. Please help me.

1. Make sure dead mans handle is fully depressed
2. Squeeze throttle in
3. Push choke switch all the way down
4. Pull saw over till it fires
5. Click choke switch up one position to half choke

Wild thing chainsaw won't stay running. I replaced all fuel lines, primer bulb, fuel filter, gaskets to the carb. and have cleaned the carb out very well and blew out all passages. I pulled the spark...

On the carburetor got two screws to adjust the carburetor. The first is to adjust the saw when working at high speeds. Another is when running at low revs. It is best to either put back for about 1.5 cycle of the maximum of the end of the rotation of the screws. If then the saw starts, then you can adjust it fine at higher revs (H), then at low (L). Have can be minimum screw that stops the chain.

2nd use of chainsaw pp3516avx, it won't start, choke lever will not stay extended. I followed the instructions to start and nothing works

The choke system is connected to the half throttle position, if you lift the throttle trigger the choke pull will automatically return, whilst trying to start do not lift the throttle trigger, the starting procedure is, pump the primer bulb as many times as it takes to 3/4 fill the bulb, pull the choke pull fully out, this will switch the saw on and engage the half throttle, crank the engine until it fires once, do not continue to pull,it will actually not run on full choke, if you do continue to crank with the choke fully out, you will very quickly flood the engine, now push the choke fully in, now crank the engine until it fires up, lift the throttle trigger once, this will dissengage the half throttle, and it should now come down to idle.

Wont stay running. it idles kinda high. stays running with the choke on. pull the trigger 2 giv it gas it dies.

Check the fuel filter, air cleaner, and muffler for plugging. Check the fuel lines for decay or other problems. The idle speed screw (turned CCW) will slow the engine down. Hope this helps!

Sounds like the carb needs to be rebuilt. Those tiny jets will clog easily and need to be replaced. The diaphragm is also a large part of bogging and dieing. Hope this helps.

Husqvarna 55 chainsaw won't stay running.

It has a crack in the fuel line between the body and the tank. The crack lets air in the line. Replace the line.

Need carb h/l ajustemts and idle controle ajustment

This does take a little time to get it just right. Start at one full turn for the h and l. Work on the high first and after you get the H running work on the Low. They have to work together. So if you get it to idle and run at full throttle but it hesitates when you pull the trigger just adjust the low a little higher.
