How do I replace the fan in an EL1200-07w?

Age of car? I'd bet you have something in the fan. Kind of like the playing card on a bicycle wheel trick, to make it sound like a motor. So if you can "inspect" the fan (actually Blower) you may be able to clean it. They rarely break, and even when noise will last a long time. Otherwise even though it's a pain to replace, your dealer or Autoparts store can help you with the part.

Attic fan falure hed light blinking furnace wont run

Sounds like the circuit board needs to be replaced. The exact same thing happened on my house furnace. Power went to the board, producing the flashing led, but stopped there. I believe this is what you mean?

Replace the circuit board.

Does this help? Let us know.

I have a Bryant Model 340MAV and the airconditioning fan is loud when running but seems to operating fine otherwise..fan is running and cooling great..the oustide coil was replaced in April. Please advise

Hi,
Sounds like the motor is going bad in the air handler/furnace now...
Open up the blower compartment and spin the blower by hand with the power off...you should be able to hear if the bearings are rough or if the blower is hitting something... then you will know what you need to fix...

My computer will start, you can hear the fan running and then it shuts off. Sometimes it will stay on for a minute and other times it is for a few seconds. Could my power cord be the problem? Do they...

Which fan are you referring to? It sounds like your problem is the power supply itself inside the computer. You will need to open your computer and replace the power supply. If you do not know how to do that, if you know a kid who is good with computers, you may be able to ask him, or you can ask us and we will be glad to walk you through the process.

Have a e machine fan runs but connect monitor to another computer it works. smell a burning smell when turn on pc. Got it to come up once by unplug power hold on button 45 seconds plug in and turn on came...

The smell is the Power Supply.

Typical example of a Power Supply not installed in a desktop computer,

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4435072&CatId=106

[ NOTE*
This is not an example of a direct replacement Power Supply for your computer. I would need to know the Model Number of your eMachines to give exact information ]

Bad Power Supply. Weak voltage power rail. (Or rails. There are three main voltage power rails for a Power Supply used in an eMachines desktop computer)

Enough power to light LED lights, and apparently spin fans, but Not enough to turn the Processor on.

Watts = Voltage times Amperage.
One measurement used for measuring the maximum available power output, of a desktop Power Supply, (SMPS. Switched-Mode Power Supply), is to state the Maximum Wattage available.

Typical maximum Wattage available for a typical eMachines Power Supply, usually averages from 150 to 300Watts.

1) ALL of the LED lights on at one time, will use less than 1 Watt of power.

2) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.

3) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts of power.
Depends on what Processor it is.

(Note* Intel Pentium II processors use less than 51 Watts)

Solution is to replace the Power Supply.
This isn't as hard as it 'sounds', if you have never performed this procedure before.
I know you can do it.

2) http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-install-or-change-my-computers-power-supply

3) http://computer.howstuffworks.com/power-supply.htm

If you need guidance in replacing the Power Supply in a step by step for your eMachines, please post in a Comment. (Believe upper right of your page)

Should you also desire recommendations to compare for a Power Supply, I would be happy to provide them.

My fan shuts off or runs slow where can i get a replacement and how much will one cost?

You are going to need to know exactly what size, and what voltage you need to replace it with. If you remove the fan in question, there should be info labled on it (Make, speed, voltage, part number, etc.) I also found some good DIY info here:

Also you can click here to see what kind of variety this guy has to sell to you:

Fan runs fast all the time

Chances are you need a new fan or it could be your motherboard is overheating so the fan continues to run. Fans are pretty cheap.

or

If you have the expertise to do so, try opening up the unit, detaching the fan and reattaching it. Maybe when you used the air blower it caused it to sit improperly.

Fuel pump

hi the only reason you would need to replace your fuel pump is if it is not producing enough fuel preasure to run your engine.

T5082 keeps abruptly shutting down

Sounds like it may be overheating. If you get warning beeps on startup that sounds high, low, high low, it is overheating. you should inspect and clean the fan on the processor with a vacuum or compressed air ans also clean the power supply area with a vacuum to clear all the dust out. Inspect and wipe any other dust away from the motherboard and card inside. After restarting, it still goes off, check that the fan is running during startup. If not, the fan needs to be replaced at a nominal cost. This is an easy fix. If this all fails, let me know so we can troubleshoot everything together.
