How can i download a set up guide for a qv830

hard reset

turn off tablet

press and hold power button and down volume button at the same time release the button when you see visual land then hold the volume up button

you will see the android man with writing go down with the volume down button to wipe data highlight wipe data press power button to ok it

go down to yes with the volume down button highlight yes press power button to ok it then it will reset

then the writing will come back on highlight reboot press power button to ok it

the tablet will reset

Factory reset

go to setting click settings

go down to back up/factory reset click on that

then press reset everything

On page 3 of the user manual, they show you where the SD card will go. After that it is pretty automatic.

Do you mean the Gigaset QV830 8" tablet? QVC has the manual for this tablet here: http://www.qvc.com/footers/el/pdf/E227185_UserManual.pdf . Unfortunately, I do not know how long this link will remain valid. It does work today.

If other devices work ok on the same Wi-fi, then the tablet should, as long as it's near the Wi-fi router but not too close to it.

If you use the search term "date" from the start of the file then the fourth instance a you click down will the pages showing you how to set the date and time, and the time zone. Is page 27 of the download or 25 of the manual, if you find this easier.

The answer is not quite everything, but it will return it to the same state as it was when you opened the box for the first time.
In other words you will lose all your personal settings, pictures, data, WiFi connections, Bluetooth pairings, downloaded apps, etc etc. Everything that you have done on it since you started using it.
It will be exactly as it left the factory
