IF you are talking about the fan inside the laptop, you cannot fix those, they are very poorly made. The good thing is that they are not hard to replace. Let me know if you need more info.

The C-3303 error on a Konica copier typically indicates a problem with the cooling fan. Here are some steps you can take to try and fix the issue:
Check the fan: Open the copier and check the cooling fan to see if it's running properly. If it's not, check for any obstructions that may be blocking it or any loose connections.
Clean the fan: If the fan appears to be running but the error persists, it may be dirty and in need of cleaning. Turn off the copier and unplug it before attempting to clean the fan. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove any dust or debris that may be clogging the fan.
Replace the fan: If the fan is damaged or not functioning properly, it may need to be replaced. Contact your Konica technician or authorized service provider to order a replacement fan and have it installed.
Reset the error code: After addressing the issue with the cooling fan, reset the error code by pressing the "Function" button followed by "Clear" and then "Err". Enter "OK" to clear the error code and restart the copier.
If none of these steps solve the issue, it may be necessary to have a professional technician diagnose and repair the copier.
look for the fan opening, get a can of air and blow it threw the fan vent, while the computer is off, than let it set for a few minutes than start it back up, if fan is still noisy, than you need a new fan installed.
if you want to do the work yourself you can do it your self. now if you dont want to try it than i have a few place to take it for service.

mcdevito75 here, Sounds like the axle shaft that Blades are attached to, broke from the fan motors output. If you can remove the fan guard with the fan switch off and fan un--plugged from the wall and see if you actually pull the fan shaft out of the motor. Even if you could fix this, the cost equals a new fan.
Often simply cleaning them carefully (no water of course) and oiling the motor will fix these noises. Occasionally they are too far gone, but this will fix most of them. Good luck.
Yes this is easy task,if you wand to change the motherboard fan than firstly remove the power cord in CPU,pull out the side cover of CPU and than you see the motherboard fan in front of you,Two fans available in system one is CPU FAN and another is motherboard FAN,you need to change motherboard fan,this is attached in motherboard with two iron stick,press the both stick through thumb and press the upper,now you remove the older motherboard fan and fix the new one.after fix the new fan press both iron stick and fix it.

The SMPS Fan Error is caused by slow or no rotation of the SMPS Fan.
The firmware solution from Samsung disables monitoring so if the fan
stops the printer will keep working. Thankfully, it's not physically
hard to fix this issue though and can be done by removing 9 screws and
using a little oil.
