My phone reads all what is on screen. touch control don't works. i have reset the phone and still starts talking everything what is on screen. i can't even answer the phone as screen don't works.

After looking for an answer, found several ones that DIDN'T worked on my phone, like tapping 3 times the power button to disable screen reader, or goto accessibility and disable screen reader
I was able to fix the issue. very tricky, as in this mode (screen reader on) screen touch works in a limited way, that is, screen slide down to see more menu options don't works.. the easiest way would be to go to configuration, accessibility, screen reader and disable, but you will not be able to scroll down below the first 13 menu options shown in the first screen.
the way i did first was to learn howto use the screen touch again. you need to press once any button/option/char, and wait for it to be read, then press it twice, like a double click, in order the button or tchar to be typed/executed.
then all i needed to do was to look for "accessibility" in the general help, to be able to acess this option directly without the need of scroll down the configuration screen, then open it, then disable screen reader which by the way is shown as BETA on my phone.
