I WANT TO CHANGE THE NAME AND PASSWORD OF MY MODEM AT MY OFFICE SO THAT IT DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH THE MODEM AT HOME
SOURCE: Trouble sync'ing with two computers
Hiya, I manage to sync with both home and work, I upgraded to a Treo 650, and sync'd at home, then deleted my work user, and sync'd at work... and it's worked fine. I'm able to add tasks, events, apps etc either at home or work, and they successfully sync with the other machine. The only issue I've had is once or twice, my photos have doubled up, but that hasn't happened often. hth David

Enter safe mode at start up by pressing F8, log in as administrator, from here you can clear any user passwords.

This will be an incomplete answer because you asked an incomplete question.
The first pat of your question involves access to the voice mail system. You can change it from a PC with software to access the system, or from the system manager's mailsbox (999). WHen the system was installed, you should have been given instructions and a password to that mailbox. You log into the manager's mailbox and select options 6 then 1 then 1 to edit or 3 to reset the password.
Easiest for you is to reset the password and make each mailbox owner do his own name, password, directory characters, and greetings.
There are at least 2 ways to get someone's call to voice mail. The first is by setting call forward at the phone. That's the *710x (VM) # that you dial from the intercom. My voice mail system is at ext 165, so I use *7104165# to send it to VM only when I don't answer. The 4th digit options are 2 for all calls, 3 for busy 4 for no answer, and 5 for busy/no answer. Once you set it, the FWD/DND button functions as a selector.
The second way is, if you know the person is not going to answer, you set up a VM Transfer button.
That's where you take a spare button of the 24, label it, and dial the following. PROG press the button 94 (VM) ENTER. Again, mine is 94165.
The 3rd way involves system programming and has to be set up by the system installer. It involves extension intercept and has timing parameters and destinations that need to be programmed.
I think I got most of your question answered. Post again if you have any questions.

the default user name is admin and the password field should be left blank. if that does not work to get back in you will have to reset your router to factory defaults. to do this follow these instructions.
To hard-reset the D-Link Plus DI-514 to Factory Default Settings, please do
the following:
• Leave the device powered on, do not disconnect the power
• Press the reset button and hold (use a paper clip)
• Keep the button pressed about 10 seconds
• Release the button
The DI-514 will then automatically reboot itself.
at this point the factory default ip address is 192.168.0.1 the user name is admin and the password field should be left blank as mentioned before.
