I am trying to download the Netflix apt to my tv. I have Comcast cable but the do not have the Netflix apt
I just bought this tv and the remote for the tv has a Netflix apt but I just got Comcast cable with Internet and all the apts on the Comcast remote do not have Netflix. When I try to use the remote that came with the tv I get a new-1-1000

You go to the Netflix screen and follow directions, which typically means create a new account or log into an existing one from your TV screen by using the remote to select letters and numbers
If you only wish to power the TV off/on with the remote, there is an alternative. Plug the TV into the outlet on the back of the Comcast box. In the Setup Menu for the Comcast box there is an option to make the outlet switched or unswitched. Select SWITCHED then the TV will turn on/off with the Comcast box. The
LC320em9 will maintain the previously selected input.
I had the same problem with my remote. I would enter the code and there would be no response from the remote. I looked up the manual for the other comcast remote and the codes are 5 digits instead of 4. Try codes 10093 or 11602. The reason why there is no response from your remote is because it is waiting for you to enter the last digit of the code. Hope this helps.
