And if you want to recover your fb account then if u have the email id which is connected by that account then by click on forget password
enter connected email id . Then you get an email by which you can recover your password.
And if you forget your email id which u connected then i give u a trick by which take help from your fb friend and see your fb account detail by friends account and you will get phone no. , email id , user name and link your profile . by one of them you can recover your forgotten password by above method to entring email id or user name or phone no. , so enjoy
If it is a BIOS password that you have forgotten, you can remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard for 30 seconds and connect again. This will remove the existing password.
Basically, once you unlock it, you should be able to boot into the BIOS and disable the HDD password. I'd say to do that first but you would need the password once you were in the BIOS to be able to disable it thus the recommendation to essentially set it to something you know first via the guide above.
