What can I do to get into my acer its come up with entre current password in blue and we have forgotten it have not used it for long time

At one time I forgot my windows password. I created a windows password recovery disk with a third party program available from http://www.windowsloginrecovery.com

If it's at bootup:

You need to temporarily remote the CMOS battery from the motherboard to reset the bootup password.

If it's at login:

try to remove the CMOS battery then the password will be removed

You have to contact acer and possibly send the laptop to their service center.

try logging in with the built in admin account

user: admin
password: leave it blank or try password

if that works go to the control panel/users and reset his password there, log off the admin then youll be able to log back into your sons account
