I appreciate your post, Dale Miller!
From what you have described your Frigidaire range is displaying an error code of "F11" and you are receiving an alarm. Normally an "F11" error code stands for a shorted keypad. I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If you restore power and continue to receive an "F11" error code you may need to replace your control panel. I would recommend having a professional do so, they will be able to properly disassemble your range and accurately replace the electrical component to not damage anything internally on your range. I hope this information is helpful to some degree. -Matt
I appreciate your inquiry, J.J!
From what you have described your Frigidaire oven is displaying an error code of "PF" and you just installed the control panel. A "PF" error code stands for power failure. This could be a possible problem with your control panel and power source. You may need to perform a reset on your oven and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. If this does not help resolve your issue I would recommend having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt
I appreciate the post, dan moore!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire range is displaying an "F11" error code. Typically, the "F11" error code stands for a shorted keypad. This could be a false error code and the best way to clear any false error codes is to disconnect power from the range for at least ten minutes. If you continue to get an "F11" error code you may need to replace your EOC (Electronic Oven Control), I would recommend having a professional technician come out to properly replace any electrical component to avoid personal injury. Hope this information is helpful to some degree. -Matt
1. (F11, 12 & 13)
Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power.
2. (F11, 12 & 13) If
fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC.
EOC = Electric Oven Controller
