Hitachi nailer not working

Test the volts and amps of the battery after charging, then try to shoot nails then test again after the blinking orange light. Battery is failing, they only have a certain number of recharge cycles and are also governed by age degradation.

Pioneer region free code DV-340, DV-343, DV-444, DV-545

Introduction
The Px4x DVD Upgrade is an advanced modification to your DVD player, which adds extra features and enables you to get more from your machine. The upgrade supplements the DVD player and in no way harms the playback quality or removes any performance features of the DVD player.

Main Features
The DVD Upgrade adds the following features to your DVD player:
 Multiregion capability
 Macrovision disable

Players Supported
The following DVD players are supported by this version of the DVD Upgrade:

 Pioneer DV-340, Pioneer DV-343
 Pioneer DV-444
 Pioneer DV-545

Modification Details
Multiregion selection
Nearly all DVD discs on the market today are encoded with a specific "region" in mind and are made in such a way that a disc designed for "region 1" will not play on a player designed for "region 2". This is so that the Hollywood studios can control the release of titles in different geographical regions all over the world. Our upgrade allows you to select between regions 1 to 6.
Macrovision & CGMS disable
All DVD players have a system called Macrovision built in to the player, which is designed to stop the copying of DVD discs to video. However, this system can have adverse affects on some projectors. For this reason the DVD Upgrade disables Macrovision to solve any problems.

Operating Instructions
You can select the region code by remote. This region will be tried first when playing a disk.
Due to this design, the modification will work on the RCE (Regional Code Enhancement) protected DVD’s. In some cases it will be necessary to insert a conventional (non RCE protected) disc before playing a RCE protected disc. Follow the instructions as detailed bellow:

1. Turn the player on without a disc in it
2. On the remote control, press 'SETUP'
3. Use right arrow to select 'General'
4. Use down arrow to select 'Basic'
5. Press 'ENTER' on the remote control
6. Press 'Display' on the remote control
You should see the region code and OSD version that the player is set to
7. Press 'Condition/Memory'
8. Press '1', '2', '3', '4', '5' or '6' to change the region code of the player
The text will disappear
9. Press ' Display ' on the remote to control the region
10. Press 'SETUP' on the remote to exit. Play the disc
This dident work for me but mayby work for you.

I have a Hitachi 43FWX20B t that has the screen zoomed in, my son however lost the remote, is there a way I can adjust the format without the remote?

to adjust this television feature is to have remote control or open the unit then manualy adjust(but this can only be done by the expert). better to buy universal remote control..its easy to set amd adjust if you have that one..

I have a Hitachi 4-head VCR, Model E74217, that was given to me without the remote control that goes with it. I'm trying to make it work with a universal remote. Can you help?

This is a great site for looking for universal remote codes.

http://www.hifi-remote.com/ofa/codes-vcr.shtml

If you do not find your code or none of the codes work, I would suggest using the 'code search' feature on your remote, assuming it has one.

Good Luck.

I lost my remote for hitachi CMP401XU and i dont know the remote # so let me know which remote i bye for it

any universal remote would work but hte hitachi remote for that model is expensive i suggest buying a logitec harmony universal remote for around 40 bucks from amazon. you plug it into you computer and just type your model number in it will install all the original options to this remote plus allow extra features such as activities where it can change the channel on your tv and turn your cable box on and let you change volume on your sound system without the hassle of having to use different remotes. and without having to hit different buttons i.e cable button to change channel and tv button for remote it will do it automatically

Hitachi DV-PF73U DVD/VCR Combo.Does not respond to remote control

Check the remote control for its infrared emission. Check it with fresh batteries. Check it by pressing all the keys. You can detect the presence of infra-red emission from the remote control, using a cell-phone camera. If you wish to get more details about how to check a remote control, please visit this site. One among the posts has details about it. In some cases, the remote control might need to clean.
