Hello Dennis,
That is not too much information to go on, but i'll take a shot. I am gonna guess that this is likely a Tecumseh engine, but even if not, usually the main jet (when adjustable) is about 1.5 turns out from the factory. I would start in that range, and if you can get it to start, you can tweak it by running the engine at full throttle and adjusting it out further till the RPM's go down. Twist it back in some till they peak again and it should be good. Hope that helps.

PCI CX11252-11 soft modem - does it support voice?

Yes. All modems support voice as far as I know. Some of the early modems from the 70's and 80's didn't, but it would need to be an ISA slot card, which this is not.

The issue is not if the modem will support VOIP, but if your VOIP software will support such a dated device.

It sounds like you are low on charge. I think you have a thermostatic expansion valve and you need to check the subcooling, you should have 12 to 15 degrees at 95. At 95 degrees your head should be about 280# for a 12 or 13 SEER unit or higher depending on the effeciency. At 78 to 80 degrees indoor depending on the humidity, that is normal. The valve will open to try to fully feed your indoor coil and it sounds like your head pressure is to low to force enough refrigerant thru the coil.

Hi there, I have an older Ariens 8 HP snowblower that has a carb that is full of ''varnish'' I guess they call it. Is there any way to clean this carb because a kit costs about $70 and a new carb is $110....

You can try getting a couple of aerosol cans of carburetor cleaner. Use a plastic container of so kind like an old oil bottle cut in half or something similar, put the bowl in it and spray enough or your carb cleaner in it to soak it for a while. You can also soak the bowl nut and float and any other parts that are varnished up and try cleaning it up that way,
A COUPLE OF THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR HERE: WEAR EYE PROTECTION - THIS STUFF BURNS (EXPERIENCE SPEAKING HAHA)
DON'T GET IT ON ANY RUBBER PARTS, THEY WILL SWELL BEYOND USE
I purposely put the above in caps to draw your attention to it. Hope this helps you out.
