I am trying to cancel amazon prime and refund my the £79 00 THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON THE 9TH OF FEBUARY MRS

To cancel your Prime membership, follow the easy steps below:
Log into your account
Under the Account and Lists menu

1. Go to Manage Your Prime membership.
2. Click End Membership and Benefits on the left-hand side of the page.
3. In the cancellation page, you can click End my benefits or Continue to cancel.

Paid members who haven't used their Amazon Prime benefits, including FREE Two-Day Shipping, Prime Video, and Prime Music will be eligible for a full refund. Paid members who have used their Amazon Prime benefits may be eligible for a partial refund based on use.

You will need to click on Manage Prime. It will then take you to the login page and you will have to log into the account you created when you signed up for Prime. You will then be able to contact Amazon UK directly and take up your request to cancel and obtain a refund. The refund period is 30 days from the time you signed up. So I would recommend doing this immediately. Good luck.

I have had 49 pounds taken from my account for prime membership which I do not use please refund the money as I do not want this membership
