Combination won't open safe

sadly on a mechanical combination safe without a bypass key, you will have to remember your combination to open it.

Internal batter is low...look for two pin points on the outside of the combo and attatch a new battery temporairly then work combo. Insert new battery when you get it open. Hope this helps Ed

I use my safe everyday and I when I got off work.tonight just like every night I went to open my safe and it will not open I've tried many many time trying the combination different ways (which I knew probably wouldn't work but was that desperate to try everything to open it) I really need what's inside my safe please help me!

Because you lost the combination of it, you can't use it with your keys alone.

If the safe is brand new.. you must first remove the locking screw at the base of the combination lock dial lockcase.. discard the screw.. Make sure you have the owners manual with the sticker and default lock code nearby before locking the safe.

The factory has a preset combination code that cannot be deleted. It is on the owners manual. You can use that code if your codes have become compromised.

Also ensure the batteries are fresh. This may also be the problem.

Anything beyond this will require assistance from Sentry. Your serial number is on the side of the door. Have that ready.
