Disconnect the power cable from the back of the system
2) press and hold the power button until you hear the capacitors drain
3) open the access panel and move the CMOS jumper from pins 1+2 to pins 2+3
4) plug in the power cable and boot system
5) when the system beeps, turn the system off
6) move the CMOS jumper from pins 2+3 back to 1+2, then repeat steps 1, 2, 3, and 4
this will clear all settings in the CMOS including any admin and power-on passwords.

First of all, you need the present password. Then straight after turning the computer on you press F12 or insert multiple times after each other. That way you will stop the normal boot and enter the BIOS settings. There you most likely will be prompted for the password and then under security you can disable or change it.
