There are several switches inside one of those if it is model KES100. Best to supply model number and say which switch it is, without looking I can think of 4 switches off the top of my head. I'm in New Zealand and have 3 of them in stock.

Steam on off switch not working

You need to take the top off and also the upper red housing. The switches often fail because of internal leaks so if your dials have been fogging up during use then sort the leaks out as well.

I left my Artisan espresso machine on between brewing coffee and making hot milk and got an electrical burning smell. Should the machine be switched off if not in use for quarter of an hour or so?

Always off when not being used, it only takes 4 minutes to heat from cold and that can be while you are sorting coffee and cups. Get the electrical smell investigated, these have a problem with seals in the steam boiler which causes switch problems from the steam.

Kitchenaid espresso machine tripping switches

Relay will be fine if you fix the real problem. Get some new seals (5 of them) into the steam boiler and check for leaks from the teflon tube at the top of the steam boiler. When you have it apart tip it upside down, you will be surprised how much hidden water there is.

I need a replacement shower screen for my KitchenAid 5KES100

A wire brush will clean it, it's only coffee. Chuck it in a glass of Coca Cola overnight.

Where can I find a replacement frothing tube for the Kitchenaid Artisan Espresso machine

If you are in the states
here's one place http://www.appliancepartspros.com/part_details.aspx?part_id=3861869

But if you google it the part number is AP3861869you may find it for less.

Other parts of the world seem more difficult to track down parts but I have found somwhere in Germany and they have said that they will sell to UK residents.

My kitchenaid artisan coffee machine not enough water

if you have water out brewing without handle with coffee, than you check this 3 things:
  1. how fine is grinded the coffe, is it too fine for your machine?
  2. does pump make enough pressure to brew your coffee(you can measure if you attach an gauge to handle or steam pipe.
  3. by any chance your boiler security valve opens too soon and dont let pump to get the needed pressure. (perfect pressure is from 7 to 9 bar)
