My screen has gone black and there is blue light around buttons on key pad

the back light has gone in the screen.

There is most proably a button on your keyboard that turns your touchpad on and off. Hunt around for that. Look for keys that have blue writing on the foward edge of the keys these usually indicate a secondary function for that key. You have to press the key that turn this secondary function on and off and then look for a key with blue writing that may have to do with your touchpad

Sometimes the brightness is on the arrow keys hit the Fn or function key and press down on the arrow to dim the light or press up on the arrow key to increase brightness

hi... ur mobile phone has lost its display.. due to display problem the screen appears black for u... thats the problem.. u are in warranty period right now.. so u can contact sony service centre and they will replace u with new display for ur mobile...

there is no prblm in battery ur lcd has damaged pls ur lcd.

Power light coming on and sound effects when you plug it in but no lighting of the screen is usually caused by the power inverter board having gone bad. Once in a while it is a bad bulb.

Sounds like you have the blue tooth on. I think that is what the blue light is for... The black screen I have no clue, i am sorry

Problem is generally dry solder joints around the inverter transformer on the inverter PCB.
