Hi,the letters after NG refer to the affected channels - left center, right surround, etc. Do you have speakers plugged into these channels? If yes try to unplage all speakers then plage one speaker at a time, check your speakers if that dosent work for you try to factory rest your unit .
Hello, I am sorry about your issue. I suggest disconnecting all of the speakers from the receiver and unplugging it for at least one hour. Plug back in and turn on. If it does not stay on it would need to be serviced or traded in. It it stays on turn off and add one speaker and turn on. Follow this process until all speakers are connected. If you are interested in a trade in please contact us at 800-229-1687 option #3. Thank you, Onkyo USA
Hi Dave, please make sure that the RCA plugs are all the way in. Try flipping them, red to white and white to red. See if the audio moves to the other speaker. If it does the receiver and speakers are ok. Try a different analog input. Thank you, Onkyo USA
Check the settings on your cable box for "Audio" settings and check the output. Should be set to "Dolby Digital" If you need more help, post a comment with the make and model of your cable box and I can walk you thru setup. Hope this helps
