Put it in airplane mode and charge, turn off to charge, close all windows and apps. Try new charger, clean port and plug with alcohol. If none of those work check warranty

if you got it on amazon i woul just go on the website and hit return adn select defective and typre wont turn on and they should be able to send a replacment for free or a refund and get a new one. easy.
