SOURCE: my toshiba L300 keeps goin to a blue screen during

For that you need recovery disk.
Put that disk in cd/dvd rom.
Then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key to enter in bios.
Then go to boot option then set first boot device as your cd/dvd rom then save settings and exit.
Then it boot with that recovery disk then follow the procedure and choose "R" for recovery console then type in prompt "chkdsk /r"
then press "y
then it fix error on harddisk.
Then check if still same blue screen then you have to repair your windows. For again boot with disk then repair your old windows.
Let me know if you need more assistance.
Thanks.

Blue screen appears & keep restarting

It is possible that the malware is to blame, in which case a computer technician will need to sort it out.

I think it may be a bad memory module or loose memory module connection.

Take care!

Cannot start my start laptop its as soon as I put the password blue screen appears crash dump cannot start

Would be nice to know error code on the blue screen. That is pointing on the problem-and solution.Anyway, you can try system restore. On boot, computer shows start-up options, and among them is "System Restore".Hit that button and try to restore OS in earlier point of time.Or try Safe mode.Run-msconfig-enter-system restore. To be honest, from my bad experience, blue screen on boot is almost always connected to dying hard drive. Good luck, and keep us posted.

My toshiba satellite M55-S135 is showing a blue screen with "physical memory dump complete" & to contact tech support. Basically, wanted to ask if my laptop is crashed...

Hi:
Crashed is a generic term, and the physical memory dump error is a windows based error that could be a bad memory stick, or a corruption in windows. If you have 2 sticks of memory in your laptop, a cheap and easy way to troubleshoot this would be to remove one stick, then the other,to see if one stick removed stops the crash. If it does, then you have solved the problem, and if it doesnt' then you have a corrupt software issue.

Hope you get a cheap fix!

My Toshiba Satellite L300 PC Notebook, just an year old and hardly used gives a blue screen and says press alt, ctrl + delete to restore but even with using the CDs provided in the package does not...

Usually the cause of blue screen is the memory stick try to remove the memory and clean the dust use eraser to clean the lower part. If the same things happen you need to repair the Operating System. Load the windows CD to repair. It will required to to press any key to boot from CD. Follow the instruction there.
