My Shuttle shift works in reverse but not so good in forward is it adjustable or do i need to repair it.

Sounds like the cable for gear shift needs to be adjusted .
Remove control cable or linkage for gear shift .
Move gear manually into neutral.
Adjust cable length to fit into that position.

Could be leaking clutch pack for the forward travel You will have to plug in a pressure meter be careful not to use it with too low pressure as you will burn the clutch

Trans: 20591) Switch inputs indicate shuttle lever is in both forward and neutral 2) Switch inputs indicate shuttle lever is in both reverse and neutral3) Switch inputs indicate shuttle lever is in both forward and reverse. Cycle the shuttle lever which may free up stuck switches, or try driving the opposite direction.

I tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. it wont move forward or reverse, engine is good both solenoids for forward and reverse
work.
I don't have much technical knowledge but I just followed it step-wise, and works perfect! got it from www.reliable-store.com

Yes the transmission has failed, rebuild it.

Transmission is done. Nothing electronic will cause that, only mechanical

Was that the power shuttle that you broke down? If so, is it a Borg Warner velvet shuttle. I have a 580K and mine started slipping like that in forward and finally lost it completely. It had a strong reverse though.

I had to pull the power shuttle and replace the forward clutch disks. The stuff in the oil is probably the fibers from the friction disks. There are seven forwards disks and what happens in these shuttles is the Belville plate or washer breaks under stress and then wreaks havoc on the clutch disks.

What you are describing is exactly the way mine did. I put new forward dicks in and everything was fine then.
You said the disks looked new when you inspected them. You will see the reverse disks first and then as you go deeper into the shuttle you come to the forward disks. You may have been looking at the reverse plates.

My reverse plates also looked good but when I got to the forward plates they were burnt, scarred and very thin. Not much left of them. Check the forward disks, I bet that is where you will find your problem.

There are some pressure stall tests you can run to determine exactly what is not working properly.

You have the old style reverser which has been replaced by one that beeps instead of kicking out.These are a known problem with Deere and that is why you can't buy them anymore.The fact that you can hold it in yourself indicates that the enable solenoid and the forward and reverse solenoid are ok and all safety switches are working.You need to replace the reversrer.

You need to adjust the linkage so that it goes forward only when it is in FORWARD then reverse will work
