When I try to log into my TP-Link Router I get an error code 71014. How do I resolve this?

I want to configure the router for my network but it won't allow me to log in. After I enter the user name & password I get an error 71014 and I can't go any further. Any advice on how to rectify this?

The best way is to install an excellent Runtime Error 71014 Fixer which offers you absolutely professional service to eternally and efficiently fix the variety kinds of registry errors and runtime errors in your computer, besides Runtime Error 71014.It's also highly recommended that you use a 'registry cleaner' to fix any of the damaged registry settings that could be inside your computer as well. The registry database is a central storage facility for all the files and settings on your computer, and is also what your computer uses to help it recall many different functions & files that it needs to run. One of the most common causes of the Runtime Error 71014 is the way in which your computer is unable to read many settings that it needs from the registry, causing your system to run slower and with a lot of errors. This can be fixed by using a registry cleaner to repair the problems inside your system.

Reset the Router to factory defaults.
Suitable for: Wireless N300 Routers, Wireless N150 Routers, Wireless N750 Dual Band Routers, Wireless N600 Dual Band Routers
The default login username and password are both "admin". If you have changed the login password, there is no way to find it. You need reset it to factory default and configure it as a new one.
Directly press and hold the reset button on the rear panel with a pin for approximately 10 seconds when the device is running.
>
Release the reset button and wait for the device to reboot.
Note:
1. Make certain that the router is powered on before it restarts completely. 2. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1(orhttp://tplinklogin.net ), and the default login username and password both are admin (all lower case).

Let me know if this helps.

How to connect digitech high powered wireless router YN-8330

You may have problems getting this device to register on you network due to the available subnet.

You need to check what IP address range your existing router uses first, then connect the digtech directly to a laptop via ethernet cable, go to the default address (192.1.0.1), log in using admin/admin and reconfigure the router address to one within the acceptable range of your router..

I just configured one of these on both a TP-Link router, and on a Thompson router.
For the TP-Link (Base IP 192.1.1.1) I set the digitech to 192.1.1.100 (easy for me to remember).
For the Thompson (Base IP 10.0.0.1) I set the digitech to 10.0.0.100 (same principle).
Note: you can use any IP that is within the network range of your router.

Also remember to write down the new device ID and put it in a safe place (email to yourself or stick on the back of the router)

Other than this, all config is like any other router.

I am using tp link adapter wn650g. i have two problems 1) when i click the tp link icon on the task bar it says authenticating on the link status. 2) although i have a 108 mb card but it always connect...

Hi!

The Authenticating status means that you entered an icorrect network key. The 54Mbps is the wireless speed that your card is getting from the wireless router. That means that your router can only broadcast a maximum speed of 54Mbps. This is usual for Wireless-G routers. Although your card is capable of receiving 108 Mbps, the router doesn't have that speed. The 108 Mbps can be attained if you have a Wireless-N router. To resolve the Authenticating error, try to reconnect to your wireless network using the TP-Link utility. Make sure to enter the corrent wireless network key also called as passphrase. If you are using WEP as security mode, follow the steps below

For Win XP
1. Go to Control Panel, Network Connections
2. Right click on Wireless Network Connection > Properties
3. Click on the Wireless Network Tab and at the bottom you'll see Preferred Networks
4. Highlight the name of your network and click on Properties. Click on Authentication tab then uncheck the option that says "Enable IEEE" something like that. Click OK all the way out
5: Check if that fixes it. You may also try to reboot the computer after that.

One more thing is you can try to change the Channel of your router. You can do that by connecting your laptop hardwired to your router then access router web interface
