I want to configure the router for my network but it won't allow me to log in. After I enter the user name & password I get an error 71014 and I can't go any further. Any advice on how to rectify this?

Reset the Router to factory defaults.
Suitable for: Wireless N300 Routers, Wireless N150 Routers, Wireless N750 Dual Band Routers, Wireless N600 Dual Band Routers
The default login username and password are both "admin". If you have changed the login password, there is no way to find it. You need reset it to factory default and configure it as a new one.
Directly press and hold the reset button on the rear panel with a pin for approximately 10 seconds when the device is running.

1. Make certain that the router is powered on before it restarts completely. 2. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1(orhttp://tplinklogin.net ), and the default login username and password both are admin (all lower case).
