I am going to say it sounds like either bad connections on the controller circuit board, or a failing controller.
I can't find you model on the JennAir site not on SearsPartsDirect, so can't help you much further. If you want to confirm your model number, then I'll look deeper.

disassemble front door to get to the latch. Check if the latch is properly in place, sometimes the metal cylinder that hold it in place, slips out of position.

First try unplugging the washer from powerpoint for 30secs..this may disable lock.if not, some washers will still work on lock if you hold the buttons you need. for 5seconds. eg try starting washer as normal but hold the button for 5secs....(Ps you may be needing to press 2 buttons at the same time to take lock off but i dont know witch 2 buttons).

Hi. Your dishwasher has lots of bells and whistles. One of these may be causing your trouble. Try each of the following tricks until you get it up and running again. To cancel a Delay: When the delay is counting down, press the Delay pad or button again. The indicator light will go out and the cycle will start or resume immediately. To cancel a Delay and the cycle: (All touchpad control models) • Press START/Cancel once to drain and turn off the dishwasher. Or • Press START/Cancel twice to turn dishwasher off without draining. To cancel a Delay and the cycle: (Cycle selector knob models) • Turn the cycle knob to Drain/OFF. The dishwasher will drain, then turn off. Or • Turn the cycle knob to Drain/OFF, press the START button once. The dishwasher will turn off without draining. ALSO: The control touchpads can be locked to prevent unwanted use. If this feature is activated between cycles, the dishwasher cannot be operated until the controls are unlocked. If desired, the controls can be locked after a cycle or delay has started. Setting the Control Lock: 1. Press the Heated Dry pad for three seconds. 2. An indicator light next to the lock graphic will illuminate when the controls are locked. To Cancel: 1. Press the Heated Dry pad for three seconds.
2. The indicator light will go off.
Joe.
