Vulcan chef wall oven say 10years old. Power on small screen top right hand side come on.. have tried to locate a user manual. Have tried all the control swiches with no luck. It was working fine last

A blacksmith may be able to make the parts for you. Being over 70 years old, I doubt there will be any spares left.

The model number is usually located on the side of the door or on side of the oven cavity area near the door opening. Sometimes if you have a drawer or warmer the model number is located on the oven side of the drawer or warmer (sometimes not directly facing you but on the side of that area. If the oven is electronic you press a clock button or you hold one of those buttons for a couple of seconds like a start or set button. The model number though will help you find a user manual and it for sure should be clear. I hope this helps you.
