You can check the make/number of that product and contact the manufactures, they sometimes carry stocks.

You can also check in all programs, if it is still not showing up.. you
need to upload it to your computer, make sure all connections are connected right.

You don't need drivers for these speakers : it's a plug and play system .
Check your connections , power supply and volume settings .

connect wires properly using converters.after that Properly set in the audio driver(eg:realtek means set 5.1surrounded)

Make sure all of the speaker wiring is seated fully in each connection point on the PC and speaker components themselves. Also, try leaving all of the speakers unplugged for a short while (1-2 hours), reconnect it all, then try again.
