There is a Air Injection Sensor/Switch that can be replaced without replacing the Air Pump on the 2007 Tundra 5.7L. The actual AIR Pump itself has a part number of 176100S010 and cost around $1112.84. I cannot find anymore info on the sensor/switch. Srry

Had same problem, twice (different windows). First time the dealership repaired. Cost was near
$300. Next time it happened, I went to parts Dept. at dealership and bought a new regulator for that specfic window location, used a Haynes Pepair manual to show me the steps of removal and replacement. It seems the plastic in the part breaks and you have to buy the whole part which costs me about $110.00 at the time. Never having done this, I followed the steps in the repair manual and it took me about 20 minutes. You have to pull the inside door panel off and take the glass window out to work on it. Once you get the panel off, you can pretty much see how it all works.
Hope this helps you. You might just pull the panel off and look to see if a broken part is evident?
