Look for the label template in Word or go to the label maker website to download the label template. This is easiest way.

What should the zebra printer be set at for a 4x6 label

Label size should be as follows;

Width 4.00 cm
Height 6.00 cm

Margins;

L 0.20cm R 0.20cm T 0.15cm B 0.15cm

Basically Label setup should be the physical size of the backing paper, the L/R margin size is the gap between the edge of the backing paper and the edge of the label and the T/B margin size if half the gap between two adjacent labels....... Hope this helps.

The print out of ZM400 misalign to the left. How to make it back to the centre of the label?

Printing from an Internet Browser can cause this result if you have not set the margins, footers, and headers.
File ' Page Setup
Change all margins to 0.01 (or as close as possible, it may override you) and all SIX bars below that to Blank or Empty.

the only way to change the password is to either login to the router and

All Belkin Router's ship without an admin password. If you require an admin password then follow the below instructions.

Setup steps:

  • Connect the computer to one of the four LAN ports on the router.
  • Open a web browser on the computer.

  • Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the page. The router does not ship with a password, so just click Submit.
  • Click on System Settings under Utilities on the left-hand side of the opened page.
  • You will see a feature called, "Administrator Password". Type in your current password (default leave blank).
  • Click "Apply Changes". Your new password is now active.

  • Use a paperclip (or similar) to press and hold in the reset button for 10 seconds.
  • Remove the paperclip.

How do i change the printable margins on ricoh aficio c3500

The margins for the copier can be changed under the User Tools. Press the User Tools button on the left side of the operation panel, then go into either System Settings or Copy/Document Server Features and look for the tab labeled "Edit." Your margin settings should be located there.

When I print a label, there is a blank white space before and after the printed text. How do I reduce the amount of tape printed before and after the text so as to maximize the label tape available?

you can, change the margins to narrow. you'll decrease the right margin but not the left margin which accdg to my research, is the space needed for the ptouch to print.

Cannot print avery labels, get message the margins of section 1 are set outside the printable page, or will run thru printer , printing complete get blank page

I assume this error is occuring in Microsoft Word.
  1. Create a new document, with a full page of the label you are having trouble printing.
  2. To see the margin settings of your document, go to File > Page Setup (or Page Layout > Margins > Custom Margins for Word 2007).
  3. Click OK on the margins dialog, and Word will check the settings against your currently selected printer. If a margin is set outside the printable area (usually the bottom margin set to zero), you should see the warning message.
  4. Click the Fix button to have Word change the margins
to match your printer. You should now see the Margins dialog with the new margin settings.
  5. Click OK.
One thing to watch for- on some inkjet printers, the printable area is narrower than the labels. This will cause the labels to shift to the right on the page and be misaligned when you print.
If the labels run off the right edge of the page display, or are misaligned when you print, an extra procedure is needed.
  1. Undo ([Ctrl]+[Z]) the new margin setting, or create a new page from the label template again.
  2. Select the entire table of labels ([Ctrl]+[A]).
  3. Right-click the table, and select Table Properties.
  4. Click the Text wrapping "Around" option, then the Positioning button.
  5. Change the Horizontal position to Center, Relative to Page.
Uncheck the "Move with text" option. Click OK to the Table Positioning dialog, then click OK to the Table Properties dialog.
  6. Left-click (or press an arrow key) to "deselect" the table, then go into the margins dialog (see above) and allow Word to fix the margin settings again.
With the labels aligned to the page, rather than the margins, the new margin settings should not cause the labels to shift.
Once you have the margins set correctly for your printer, I would save the empty page of labels to use as a "template".

Military Shipping Labels

If your not getting an error message I would suspect that the margins have somehow been set beyond the printable area. I don't know what the width on a "Military Shipping Label" is but I've had issues with Zebra label printers printing on the very edges of the labels.

Spits out label but cuts words off

Problem is solved by pressing the function key until "margin" comes up. Then press function key again while "margin" is selected. Use the arrow key to select the "###". Then once that is selected press the function key again. That solved the same problem I had. Good Luck :)
