I'm looking for a power cord for my Massage chair. I would like to know if this is covered under repairs or if I can order it and we walk through installment

take the cord to any appliance repair shop as they will have one that will be suitable

the back massager with heat stopped working, bought a new power cord, still does not work, must be something in the back massager, but what to do ? ken

If you are not fimiliar with electronics repair then I would have to say take it to a repair shop. You can check the cord and make sure it was not frayed, Also make sure it was plugged in completely to the wall when you give it a try. If the cord is frayed you can take it to any electronics store and buy a new one or order a new one online.
