Nothing to try since the pin broke ot of both and put them in a bag till I can figure out how to get them replaced. friend told me to contact irulu since they both broe in the same place.
I am using a double ended usb cord to charge the thing now, as this happened to mine too after only having it for 2 weeks. It takes a long time to charge it now. This tablet is a piece of crap.
I would definitely follow your friends advice. If they are under warranty, you should be able to get them fixed. If the battery can come out of the tablet, you can use a universal charger to charge the batter, but I am assuming it doesn't.
If you know how to solder, then you could replace the port yourself, but this is risky, so getting pro help is the best bet.
