Sears Model 3 41A4315-7D Have 2 remote controls and one keypad. I reset all the codes and I can follow the instructions and program one device, any other device will not program after the first device is programmed. The order with which I program the devices does not matter, only the first device programmed will work.

You might try programming them this way if you haven't already.

Press and hold the button down on your remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Do this for both remotes.

Press and immediately release the smart/learn button and then walk over and key in your 4 digit code and press enter on your keypad.

What was the problem that made you decide to "reset the codes"? May be a clue to your problem.

Post the model number of the opener and the model numbers of the remotes. The opener model number is found on the end closest to the door and starts with 139.

Try programming the keypad like this:

Locate the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release this and then walk over to the keypad and key in any 4 digit code you like and press enter.

After programming the keypad see if either remote will work with it. Post this information also.

Garage door opener will not program the remote. After following directions on back of the opener the remote will not work. The doorbell button on wall the light keeps blinking. What do I do to fix this...

Reset both the units the door unit and the remote by cutting off supply for a while. Now it will move to the default settings. If the earlier process had hung the system then reset the codes given once again to allow the main control unit to lock on with the remote. follow as instructed till the remote locks.
If not contact the dealer as the main unit has some errors.

You don't need the current code. What you need to do is press and immediately release the smart button and then walk over to your keypad and enter any 4 digit code you like. If this doesn't work your keypad is bad.

Programing garage door opener

Hold the button on the remote and press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Do this for each of your remotes.

For the keypad press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Walk over to your keypad and key in your 4 digit code and press enter.

If these instructions don't work you have a bad logic board.

Can not program both keypad & remote to operate at the same time

One of your units has reverted from "rolling code" to "billion code" and as you have found they will each work but will not work with each other. The problem is finding out which unit reverted. The most common one is the hand remote but that could be wrong.
