Take off the key cover and make sure there is nothing that is stopping the button from being pressed. If there is nothing there, then you may have to get it looked at by a computer or electronic retail store.
Many times this is due to the drive letter the flash drive wants to use is already taken.. Right click on my computer, click manage and go to disk management to see what drive letters are taken. try plugging into a different pc to see which letter it comes up so you can compare to what is being used on your PC.
Most likely there is another device that has the drive letter that the USB drive wants to use already assigned to it. The link below will show you how to change the drive letter in Computer Management.
Try rebooting and see if it shows up properly. If it doesn't, there could be a conflict with driver letters.
Right-click My Computer and choose Manage Left-click Disk Management See if your device is listed there. If it is try assigning it a new Drive Letter Right-click and choose Change Driver Letter and Paths. Click Change. Choose a new drive letter, problem something lower than E. Click OK.
Unplug and reattach your device and see if it will work properly.
