Sounds as your battery is DUFF, they go suddenly, they appear to charge, but if you get a DUFF cell,or battery is old , this is what happens they don't last for ever.

if you let some of the tablets just sit and not being used they will auto shut off. you will have to go to screen settings and change the time on when to shut down

Try going into your control panel and selecting your battery from Power Options. There should be a "Diagnose" option in this screen. Sometimes the battery runs into an issue where it will not show a full charge, even though it is and the computer is "tricked" into detecting an empty charge.

If it's not much bother really, your bes option is to take the next book replaced for you back and have it changed AGAIN; only this time, you must stay with them for the battery to fully charge, wait another one hour plus with your next book powered on and see if battery drains within one hour
In addition, check to see.whether the nextbook shuts down at all WHILE YOU ARE WITH THEM.
Only way to prove your claims, and confirm the replaced nextbook (3rd one) really works, lasts and meets your expectations.
Otherwise, you may have to request for a refund of your money or opt for another similar device as an exchange for the defective nextbooks
Hold the volume UP botton down when it is OFF, then while holding that button down press and hold the power on button and keep both pressed for about 10 seconds. Then release.
Read through the other threads here about the NX785QC8G. They all have problems with the battery connector. The cable comes loose from the socket, which leads to incorrect batter level monitoring, sudden shutdowns and improper or no battery charging.
You'll most likely have to remove the back of the tablet, unplug and firmly replug the batter cable and consider options to prevent the cable from pulling loose again.
did you buy the battery brand new? of was it used? if used then that is what you should expect.. if new.. I would definitely return it.
try to let it run down power off the netbook and then restart if still only 10 minutes RETURN IT.
