Telephone your bank -- their number is on the back of your bank-card -- and ask them to help you to report the fraud.

SOURCE: The transaction for paypal didn't work on the page.

Why has my credit or debit card been charged twice?

Question :
Answer :
A

Duplicate charges may be the result of sending a payment multiple times; for example, if you clicked the Send Money button several times. If the duplicate charge is the result of multiple payments that you made, the charges will not be credited to your card. You will need to contact the recipient to request a refund. To check for duplicate payments, please consult your History page.

1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.
2. Click the History subtab.
3. Click the status of any transaction for more information.

SOURCE: ordered goods online and paid cash did not receive

If the seller is not speaking to you, then you are pretty much screwed. Pay pal may offer you a refund of some kind but i would not expect it.

I am being charged for a company that i previously owned i really need to need to speak to someone-my number 864 915 3100 number on my Mastercard ends in 3365 exp-11/20 your number 32214911 scoster

Hello, Stan -

You need to speak to someone in the Security Department of your MasterCard provider. There is probably a toll free contact phone number printed on your credit card. Call it!

Fixya.com is a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.

Also, providing your telephone number and information about your credit card number can open you up to more fraudulent activity. I suggest you delete your question here. , . SOON!

Best wishes.

I'm billing billed on my credit card for amanzon prime

If you see a charge on your credit card from Amazon Prime, the first question I have is did you order something from them? If you did, have you received it? If you didn't, there are a couple of things to do. First I would call Amazon Prime, here is the customer service contact page off their website.
www.amazon.ca/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=gw_m_b_he?ie=UTF8&nodeId=915404
call them and make sure the item on your credit card statement was not ordered by you or someone in your family, Christmas is around the corner. There should be a reference number on your statement to track the purchase transaction. Talk to them. If you didn't do the transaction they should know, they will be able to see if this seller is putting through a lot of fraudulent credit card purchases and if so shut them down. The next thing you will then have to do is call your credit card company and tell them your card information has been compromised. Check to ensure no other fraudulent transactions have been completed. The credit card company will have to cancel your card and send you a replacement, which will probably take 2 weeks to receive. The 1 800 number for the credit card customer service will be on the back of the card.
Good luck

Fraudulent charges on my credit card

Double-check your statement and make sure these charges are not yours. If not, call the CUSTOMER SERVICE # on the back of the card and dispute the charges.

Need to cancel account , didnt mean to subscribe

One thing to try, assuming contacting the company doesn't work, is to contact your credit card company (or whatever they're charging) and ask them for help getting it resolved. Sometimes they can refuse payment requests or even refund the fraudulent charge. You can also report them to facebook and see what that gets you.

I want to change my visa card no

Visa card no or pin no ?
Edit a Visa PIN

In today's world, many of us rely on plastic and go light on carrying cash.
Visa is one of the leading card brands worldwide with 1.8 billion cards in use, including credit and debit cards.

But in those instances when you need cash, you also need a reliable Personal Identification Number.
But what if you forgot your PIN or are concerned someone saw you use it?

Call the phone number of the Visa card issuer.
Most cards have a toll-free number listed on the back of the card.

Choose the appropriate phone menu options to speak to a live person. Most banks and credit card companies require live verification before they will implement a change of PIN.

Answer the customer service representative's identification questions.
These may include personal information such as social security number, current address, mother's maiden name, when your account was opened, your place of birth and location or branch where your account was opened if your card is linked to your bank.

Request your change of PIN.
Have a new PIN in mind in case your credit card company or bank allows you to choose the new PIN over the phone.

In some cases, the Visa issuer will automatically assign you a new PIN and will likely mail it to you.
Confirm with the customer service agent that the change has been successfully completed before you get off the phone.
Change Your Visa Card Number

Changing your Visa card number mitigates or prevents fraudulent activity on your account.
The customer service department of your issuing bank can change the number in some situations.

Some banks and merchants also offer services that mask your true card number when making purchases.

Prepaid debit or gift cards also provide an alternative card number in lieu of directly using your main credit card account. Threat of Fraud

Contact the customer service department of the card issuer if you believe fraud has already occurred on your account, or you suspect your credit card number is in the hands of an unauthorized party and fraudulent activity is imminent.
The card issuer will deactivate the compromised account, assign a new card number and mail a new card.

Cut up and dispose of the old card once the new card arrives.
Log into any online merchant sites where you used the old card number and delete that information from the site.

Decide if you wish to enter the updated card number at that time. Protect your account by masking it.

If you want to change a card number in a situation where no fraudulent activity has yet occurred, Rebecca Lindsey of Cardratings.com suggests contacting the customer service department of your issuing bank to inquire whether the bank offers "virtual card numbers."

Virtual card numbers are "disposable" credit card numbers that can be used a limited number of times over a range of specific dates.

Using a virtual card number eliminates the need to provide merchants with your "real" card number, preserving the security of your account.

Your bank should issue you a new credit-card, with a different number.
They should also refund you the money FRAUDULENTLY charged to your card.

Unable to get the services paid.

There are two possibilities.
1: Your order hasn't gotten through yet. The company is not allowing yo to download becuase they haven't processed your payment.
2: The company is fraudulent. They are not allowing you to download becase they were never going to. If you gave them a credit card number, check the card daily for charges that you didnt make. If you find them, report them immediately and tell your credit card company about your download company.
