Server unavailable error

Consider the following scenario:
1. You install an antivirus scanner for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 for scanning documents.
2. The antivirus scanner is unavailable for some reason, or it times out during a scan.
3. Your document is corrupted.
As a temporary workaround, if you need to access to infected file immediately, the SharePoint administrator can enable the Allow users to download infected documents option in the Central Administration portal.

This means that your machine cannot connect to the network share to which it is supposed to write the scanned documents.
There may be several causes:
- if it worked before, perhaps the server or computer with shared folder to which the Xerox unit is configured to write files is unavailable/switched off, or the shared folder is not shared anymore or has changed security permissions, preventing the Xerox from writing, or the share name has changed
- if it never worked, perhaps the Xerox needs configuring prior to use (how it should deliver the faxes, via network share or email). Refer to it's manual on how to configure scan delivery.

Looking at that message I get the impression that the printer is not actually scanning but trying to 'import' from a non-existent camera card.
You don't normally get an import message when scanning.
The destination full or read only part is a puzzle but could indicate that it is also trying to copy back to that non-existent card.
I think your best option is to use Canon's web site and look at the support section. They may well have an on-line chat service in your area that can help you sort it out.

have you set up your scan Email account with you page Scope disk with the copier. is the server set up for scan to email. Also check the konicaminolta web site for scan operator manual. Down load the scan programs

no, print server is just that, print server is only good for printing. I don't know if there are a device you can use for all-in -one office machine. I am looking for one myself.

The computer displays error "RPC Server is unavailable".
It may be that you have a static value in your registry's field PagedPoolSize, we need to make this "0" (zero). check the steps ->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management

Check you smtp server settings in admin settings. Verify there correct. If your smtp server needs your email address and password to send, that should be populated as well under them smtp authentication settings.
